If you are taking any kind of medication, PLEASE BE OBEDIENT TO YOUR DOCTOR’S ORDERS. 

• MATTHEW 4:3-4  And when the tempter came to Him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. But he answered and said, it is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

• ISAIAH 58:6  Is not this the fast that I have chosen--to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
• MARK 9:28-29  And when He was come into the house, His disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out? This kind comes out only by prayer and fasting.
• 1 CORINTHIANS 10:31  Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the Glory of God.
• 2 TIMOTHY 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

TRY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE:

NO Sweets, NO Pop, drink only 100% juices, but DRINK LOTS OF WATER!

      PROTEIN SHAKES AND FRUITS AS NEEDED THROUGHOUT THE FAST!

• February 1-8– ONLY ONE MEAL A DAY WITH MEAT
• February 9-15  - ONLY ONE MEAL A DAY WITHOUT MEAT
• February 16-22 – ONLY ONE MEAL A DAY-- SOUP & SALAD WITHOUT MEAT INCLUDED
• February 23-28—ONLY ONE MEAL A DAY—SOUP ONLY

Please read and meditate on the Word of God. NO Social Media, Christian music, TV, books only, and watch that your words glorify God.

2. NO CONDEMNATION FOR DEVIATIONS FROM THE SCHEDULE
3. GOD FOCUS FOR BREAKTHROUGH IN MANY AREAS:
1. PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER AND FOCUS ON EACH PART

Our Father which art in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done
On earth as it is in heaven. 

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors,
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil 

For Thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever.
